- Item sold are not refundable and not returnable.
- Cancellation is not allowed after payment.

- Return and Exchange will be reviewed and processed based on case-by-case basis with the following reasons:
- Received wrong items
- Incomplete order
- Received damaged / defective items
The Company's decision is final in each and any exchange or return requests.
Please note that:
- The item(s) returned must be in their original condition and the original packaging or else will be duly declined.
- Customers should ensure the items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. The Company will not be responsible if the shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit.
- For goods damage incurred during delivery will not able to return or refund. Buyer may purchase additional bubble wrap for extra protection.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.
- Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our company confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our company receiving your item.
